| Joey Creighton |
1998-2003 |
A multi-tasker if there ever was one, Joey would write about seemingly anything if it meant people would come to the
site. Sometimes though it seemed he just wanted the site to feature some of the most bizarre content to be found on
a wiffleball site, which might explain his strong desire to write reviews on, of all things, 40 year-old Matt
Christopher books (he wrote five in 2003). You read Joey's articles, and it's like a quick glimpse into the life of
a sad, lonely man. Who has time to write articles like this? When he wasn't writing fascinatingly surreal book
reviews meant for 8 year-olds, Joey did write about the league mainly. He wrote a lot more than any 20-something
year-old student should write about such a ridiculous sport, but at least we can enjoy the fruits of his labor. Or
at least laugh at it.
