It's Ladies Night

Women are the only asset that our league is missing. Everything and everyone is ready for this season, but the women. Don't fret ladies because I have five compelling reasons to start the first Women's Wiffle Ball league (WWB).

(1) First off, I would like to suggest that Donnie should apologize to everyone. He forgot his role in this organization. A role that includes him to promote more participation on and off the field, not bashing the female gender. It's no surprise that Jeffcoat missed the underlying consequences of a WWB. Without a WWB, we are deciding not to step up the competition in our league. That's not like us to do that. We take a lot of jeers from many other wifflers out there who believe we play with the wrong ball, when in fact we purposely have used the Cosom ball for a higher level of competition. With the same reasoning it would be wrong of us to deny women the access to play in an affiliated league. Women have the ability to make their presence known by most men in visual or auditory distance. Just one woman at a game day could spark some of the primitive male instincts and behaviors that this league has been known for. Who are these primitive males? They are the ones who think negative thoughts about women such as, "No women in our league unless they have big boobs and a pretty face", "Women have no role in sports, except in wrestling where they serve to look pretty", "Women suck at sports, they are not athletes." These idiots have no brains. They are only concerned with their image. What these morons don't see is what would happen to them if women did play for us. These guys would be all over the place bustin' their butts, swinging for the fences. Women are the only asset that our league is missing. Everything and everyone is ready for this season, but the women. Don't fret ladies because I have five compelling reasons to start the first Women's Wiffle Ball league (WWB).

These guys would be all over the place bustin' their butts, swinging harder, sacrificing their bodies, and killing themselves to get the ladies' attention. I would predict at least five real good fist fights and plenty of aggravated verbal attacks. That would make for some fun video and audio clips. Perhaps not everyone will go hay wire, but everyone playing at 110% can only equal good video clips and interesting game summaries.

(2) More players mean more hits to the website. Not only will the new women players be pointing and clicking, but millions of (alright, 3 or 4) people will be searching for the latest we have to offer on the women. Honestly, there are thousands of teenage girls looking for female athletic role models. I think we could give them just what they need.

(3) By not allowing women in the league the organization could be losing the female fan base we've already have established. It took years to get to this point. The last thing we need is to start heading backwards.

(4) I wouldn't agree with Jeffcoat simply because he's a sexist homosexual.

(5) I would do anything to see James Vassar strike out with Katie Crabb on the mound.
