Darnell
Uhland may have won the 2003 Playoff MVP, but if it wasn't for
the play of his two rookies, we'd probably be reading about
the Holy White's improbable title run. As it was, Pat Plummer
(left) and Curtis Henning (right) played way above expectations
and took no backseat to any of the more experienced players
playing Sunday. The duo combined to go 15-41 (.366) Sunday with
11 HRs and were the only pitchers to see any success (1.33 ERA).
Numbers like these allowed the Warriors to win, even without
their star hitter, Dave Cain.
