Believe it or not, there were no games played in 2004. Instead, Commissioner Creighton
ran off to Seattle to reunite with his long-lost brother and the two reminisced about the 10 joyous years of the league for
about 10 seconds before hurrying into Terry's large den to play MVP Baseball for the remainder of the year.
By the time August rolled around, the two lazy-asses finally changed the site for 2004, dropping hints here and there as
to what was coming and when. Apparently a wiffleball "portal" site was in the cards, and the two guys who got off on making
fun of inferior wiffleball sites hoped to have something ready to roll in early '05. Soon it was April, then May...and their
loyal fans, salivating for some fresh dissing, were jumping ship out of digust.
"How freakin' long does it take to make a links page?!" was a sample interrogation tactic used on the webmasters who
remained surprisingly unfazed. "Shutup and wait" was a typical response. Little did they know that causing everyone to
wait so damn long would lead them to think they were soon going to see the greatest website in the history of the world.
Then the site debuted, and the wiffleball world fell silent. It was an awkward silence, to say the least.
Someone coughed in the distance.
And that brings you to right now. What's to come in the future? Who knows, but we do know it'll take them forever to get it done!!
