Notes:
Not unlike Matt Holmberg, Luke Carriere thrived in our league so long as things weren't taken too seriously. Oozing with natural talent and carrying possibly the most vicious swing in league history, Luke made The Sac his own personal launching pad, crushing mammoth homeruns with ease. He wasn't built for the league's later years though, what with the set teams, schedules, and seriousness. Drafted #1 by the Road Warriors in 2001, Luke put up MVP numbers for about a third of the season and then left for good. Last we heard he was playing ball for Sonoma State.

--Two-time Disappointment of the Year (1999, 2001)
